Built in 1913 as Downtown Dickson's Hotel Halbrook, the Historic Clement Railroad Hotel Museum opened its doors in 2009 to visitors from across the world as a multi-purpose site. In addition to operating as a state museum, CRHM features 4 areas just perfect for events and programs!
This historic building is well over 100 years old and operated as a bustling railroad hotel until from 1914 until 1954. You can just feel the history from the moment you step in. From the building itself to the interesting story of the Goad-Clement family, who called the hotel home in the 1910s & 1920s. While visiting our site discover the colorful and dynamic heritage of railroading and the art of model trains, the triumphs and struggles of the Civil Rights Movement, and the riveting story of Governor Frank G. Clement. Rent with us and let your history become part of ours!
