Girls STEM Programs

April and June, 2020

Wednesday, April 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th will be our Spring STEM program for DC Girls.

Our Girl's STEM Summer Camp will take place during the week of June 15th-19th.

CRHM will host our 4th Annual DC 4 STEM Camp for girls in grades 5 through 8. Our goal, with this camp and spring program, is to create awareness and excitement in STEM before these girls enter high school or college. When our STEM program began, it gave us the opportunity to provide an educational experience that benefits and provides a service to the community as well as a chance for families and youth to visit and experience the museum.

Our 2019 STEM camp will feature hands-on inquiry based lessons in a wide variety of STEM topics, allowing students to develop leadership skills and realize the power of their potential, not only in present but in their high school and post high school education and careers. Our camp has become extremely popular throughout the county.

Applications will be sent out to Dickson County middle schools or be available at the museum several weeks prior to program dates. Scholarships are also available for camp tuition. Summer Camp tuition is $35.00 for the whole week. Spring tuition is $25 for all 4 days.
